Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. -
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit. Include your RAN and a copy of your invoice in the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
